Terms Of Service

BY COMMISSIONING ME, YOU DECLARE THAT YOU HAVE READ AND AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
BREAKING THESE CONDITIONS MAY LEAD TO THE CANCELLATION OR PERMANENT DENIAL OF ANY SERVICE.

PROCEDURE- To claim a commission please contact me through any of my social medias;
- Please include at least ONE visual reference of the subject(s). Don't be shy about the number of references you send! The more references i get the better;
- For lined and colored commissions I always send screenshots of the sketches for approval before lining and coloring. In this phase you can ask me to change or redraw parts of the drawing;
- All payments are done through Paypal or MbWay! Additionally, all my prices are in EURO;
- Payments are done ONLY when I begin working on your commissions, so if you are currently in the queue I ask that you wait for your turn before making any payments. When the time comes I will inform you that I am ready to work on your drawing(s) and send you the payment invoice (I prefer this way 1) to avoid pressure-related anxiety and 2) in the case of unexpected situations happening such as becoming unable to work on a piece).ACCEPTANCE POLICY- I accept a wide range of subjects and themes, though I do have my limitations and stress my right to turn down or back out of a request for any reason;
- Things I will not draw include (but may exceed): sexual or abusive work depicting minors, guns, mecha;
- Please ask about anything concerning your request if you are unsure;
- If you wish to set a deadline for the commission (birthdays, holidays, etc.) you must set it before the commission starts not during the process. I may charge more if the deadline is close;
-Commissions are likely to be posted in my social media - furthermore, they may be done on live stream for an audience, If this concerns you, please let me know in advance;
- If you either want it to be posted under your URL/Name or anonymously, with no credit or identification to you;
- Should you request to keep your work completely private, it may come with a small fee as compensation. It can be somewhat damaging for me to work on a piece and not be able to include it in my gallery and gain exposure from it.REFUNDS- I will not refund if I have already finished your commission;
- If I already started working on it, I will refund the amount that I think fits the work I've already done (mostly for time-spent reasons).REDISTRIBUTION/EDITING- Currently, I allow reposting of commissioned work to various blogs/social media as long as an adequate source is supplied.
- If you have a specific purpose in mind for your commission, please let me know in advance! I will try to keep this in mind during the production of your piece.
- Editing/cropping of my work for personal use is allowed - However, I request that the original watermark remain visible when possible. For anything that renders the watermark illegible, please have a link nearby in the description/caption for the piece.
- I do not allow commercial redistribution of work commissioned for personal use. You do not have the right to make any form of profit whatsoever from my work commissioned for this purpose.
- My artwork may not be used, reused or incorporated into any kind of artificial intelligence or NFT and NFT-like concepts.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONSWHAT WOULD BE MY COMMISSION TURN AROUND?
Depending from commission to commission, my limit turn around for commissions will be around 3 or 4 months depending on complexity of the work.
If you need the commission for a specific date just let me know while we are discussing the commission detail’s or else I’ll have to ask for an extra to prioritize the work.HOW CAN I ASK FOR A COMMISSION?
Usually I take my commissions via Telegram or Instagram. You can send me a private message in any of those platforms.
You can also send an e-mail or if it’s easier via discord send me a private message first so that I can give you the information needed to add me there.
You can find all my contact’s information on contacts.WHAT’S THE DIFERENCE BETWEEN SIMPLE/NORMAL/COMPLEX REF SHEETS?
Simple ref sheet
s contain 2 different views (front and back view) of the character, color palette and some info of the character;
Normal ref sheets contain 2 different views (front and back view) of the character, character info, color palette, a bust or 2 different expressions;
Complex ref sheets contains 3 different views (front, back and tree/quarter view) of the character, color palette, character info, a bust or 3 different expressions, 2 clothing options;
There’s other thing’s that can be added to the ref sheet, for example, feral form, if your character is a furry or has a feral animal form. And of course if you prefer to have just one clothing option and trade it for more expressions it can be done as well.
Just make sure to inform me while discussing the commission.If you have more questions feel free to ask them!
